Through our PIN feature, you can add an additional layer of security to vending machine access. When this feature is active, it will require employees to enter ID or scan badge/fingerprint, and then requires employees to enter a PIN for machine access.
To enable this feature:
- Access the DEPARTMENTS page in the EMPLOYEE section
- For each Department, click on the icon in the USER LIMIT column
Check on the "ENTER EMPLOYEE PIN AT MACHINE" option
Once this feature is enabled, employees will follow on screen instructions at the machine to setup their own PIN
You can manage employee PINs via the MANAGE EMPLOYEE page.
