Our software provides users the ability to run a Pick List to assist you with restocking your machine. A Pick List will provide you with an itemized report of the products needed and quantity required to restock your machine to either a Par or Max Depth level.
We have two Pick List options available, Pick List and Pick List w/o Supply Room.
Pick List - If you are using our Supply Room feature you will want to select Pick List. When you run a Pick List utilizing a Supply Room it will virtually transfer your products from your Supply Room to your selected vending machine.
Pick List w/o Supply Room - If you are not using a Supply Room on your account you will need to choose the Pick List w/o Supply Room option.
Pick List
Step 1: Set up your Par Level and Max Depth values in your machine planogram
When you run a pick list to restock your machine you will restock your machine to either the noted Par Level or Max Depth value. In order to use the Pick List feature you must enter in a value in these columns. This is the quantity that it will restock the selection to.
Step 2: Access Pick List page and select Pick List
Step 3: Generate Pick List
- Select Machine
- Select the Supply Room you wish to transfer the product from, select the location and machine you wish to restock Select your Fill Level of either Par Level or Max Level – your machine will restock to the selected value
- Click “Generate Pick List”
- Your pick list will be created
Step 4: View your Pick List
Once your pick list has been created you will be able to Accept & Restock, View, or Reject & Delete the pick list. It is best to View your pick list, you can then see what products your machine needs and the quantity needed to restock your machine. You are also able to print and export your pick list as needed.
Your pick list will show you the selection number, what product is in that selection, and the total qty needed to restock to your selected value. You can click on the dropdown button to view expiration date and lot number information for the products it will be transferring. To accept your pick list:
- Select the Acceptance Type for each selection, you can select Fully Accept if you will be restock the total qty, or Partially Accept if you do not want to stock the total qty, in which case you can edit the total qty value
- Check each selection when you are ready to restock it
- Click “Accept & Restock,” this will then transfer the product and quantity from your supply room to your vending machine selections
Pick List without Supply Room

Step 2: Access Pick List page and select Pick List W/O Supply Room

- Select Machine
- Select the Supply Room you wish to transfer the product from, select the location and machine you wish to restock Select your Fill Level of either Par Level or Max Level – your machine will restock to the selected value
- Click “Generate Pick List”
- Your pick list will be created
Step 4: View your Pick List

Automating Pick Lists
iQ Tech allows users to set up picklist to run automatically to set this up you will want to set your settings like in step 3 above.
Then you can select the Atomate button in the top right corner
Next you will be able to configure how often you want the pick lists to run
With Automating the pick lists an email will get sent out when they run to notify the designated recipient(s) that the pick list has been generated. It will also include an attachment of the picklist you can choose who how that document will come (PDF, Excel, or CSV).
In the Add Email section this is where the designated recipient(s) email address will be inputted. For each recipient the user setting up the report will need to hit the button for the email to be added.
