Adding a Serial Number to an Asset

Add a specific serial number to an asset that can be pulled

Step 1: Locate the Products Functions located on the left sidebar, and select to drop down functions. Select "Manage Assets."

Step 2: To Create an Asset Select in the upper right corner.

Step 3: Add in Asset information such as Asset number, Serial Number, Product, Home Location, Owner of the product, and Supply Room. When completed select "Add"

Step 4: After the asset is added, You should see the product listed in the manage asset report. This is ready to be placed in a machine

Step 5: Locate the Machines Functions located on the left sidebar, and select to drop down functions

Step 6: Access a machine's planogram, locate the desired machine and to the right, click on the Planogram icon  (The Eye), and review the layout to ensure that the machine selections contain the appropriate products.

Step 5: Select the receive product button  to the right of the product selection.

Step 6: Add in the Quantity, and click on the Assets function to select asset.

Step 6: Select that asset desired, and press "OK."

Step 7: Assets should show that an asset is selected. Once reviewed, select "OK" to finish.

Step 8: Product should that the current count increased. Once confirmed, select  to save settings.
