Adding an Asset to a Machine

Add an asset to a machine through the planogram. Note: this function only works on the Lockers, and Virtual Tracker.

Step 1: Locate the Machines Functions located on the left sidebar, and select to drop down functions

Step 2: Access a machine's planogram, locate the desired machine and to the right, click on the Planogram icon  (The Eye), and review the layout to ensure that the machine selections contain the appropriate products.

Step 3: Locate the selection number and select its product to modify. A box will appear with a library of products. Select the desired product to replace in selection. Modify type, and product alert and fill levels to the right of the product. Select the Config type to be "Check in/Out."

Step 4: Fill out remaining information such as Critical Level, Low Level, and Par Level. 

Step 5: Select individual's access to the location by pressing the  button.

Step 6: Use the drop down, and select the department

Step 7: Select the individuals that need access to that product, and press the  button. When the employees are selected in to the allowed employee group, select the button
