Enter in stock information in order for the product to dispense
Step 1: To receive the product in the planogram
locate the Machines Functions located on the left sidebar, and select Machines.
Step 2: Open a machine planogram to review
To access a machine's planogram, locate the desired machine and to the right, click on the Planogram icon (The Eye), and review the layout to ensure that the machine selections contain the appropriate products.
Step 3: Receive product to the selection
Select the receive the button to the right of the product. Update Quantity number for the amount of product being received. Enter in the expiration date and lot number if required. When completed, press "OK." Once all selection have been restocked press "Save" for the planogram page.
Step 4: To receive the product from picklist
locate the Machines Functions located on the left sidebar, and select picklist.
Step 5: Select how you would like to receive
Select option of where to receive product either with Supply Room or Pick List – W/O Supply Room.
Select the desired Account, Location or Machine needed for creating the Pick List of products. Select Fill level desired (Par or Max) and Select "Generate Pick List."
Step 6: Review, and modify Pick List
Once created, the individual products can be viewed, or
rejected & deleted from the list.
