Network Requirements

• Our servers have a Load Balancer and the IP address’ change for these URL’s.
  These five URL’s are what need to be open on the server to allow our machine to communicate out:
  https://iqtechportal.com/ 
  https://api.iqtechportal.com 
  https://account.iqtechportal.com 
  https://sftp.iqtechportal.com 
  https://google.com 
• Minimum Upload bandwidth: 5 Kbytes/s
• Customers utilizing our SFTP or FTP process will be required to whitelist the following IP address on their Network: 18.223.78.17
• The machine communicates to the server using TCP/IP port 443 SSL/TLS
• The machine IP address can be setup as a static or DHCP address
• The machine has a MAC address that can be used for tracking in your network
• The machine will need to route outside of your network to our server, the server needs to be able to route back in your network to the machine to reply to the machine requests
• The machine initiates any and all contact to the server and the server is not capable of initiating the communication without a request from the machine
• The Communication is over outbound TLS
