Step 1: Motor Count
- Go into service mode
- Select Motor Count
- Click on Motor Count again to run a Motor Count
- Once complete, exit out of service mode
Step 2: Test Motors
- Go into service mode
- Go into Diagnostics and go to Test Vend
- Select the selections you will be pairing together and Start vending
- The bay will open, utilize the Latch override pin to close the latch and leave the door open
Step 3: Remove Locker Shelf
- Remove the three screws holding the shelf in
- Turn and pull out the shelf
- Store the shelf for use in the future if required
- Once the locker shelf is removed replace the screws that were removed
Step 4: Remove all the latch assemblies of the bays that will not be used anymore
For Example: if you are tying locker bays 100, 102, 104, 106 together you will remove the latch for 100, 104 and 106. 102 will be the door number for this selection. When deciding what door to use make sure it is the middle door within the attached doors.
- Remove the 2 x 11/32” nuts that hold the latch hook bracket in place
- Remove and store the latch hook for use in the future if required
- Replace the 2 x 11/32” nuts back onto the studs
Step 5: Tie Locker Doors Together
- Attach the door connection mounting brackets
Step 6: Open the selection for the bay you are using as this selection bay
- Follow Step 2 again to complete this step
- Once the latch is open you can close the locker bay
Step 7: Set the Motor Type
- Go into service mode
- Go down to Motor Type Maintenance
- Select on the drop down menu at the bottom: Not Avail
- Select the bay/s that you are removing (For the example above it would be selection 100, 104 and 106)
- The bays will be highlighted that you are removing
- Click Save in the upper right corner
- Press back to exit out all the way from Service mode
Step 8: Complete a Motor Count Again
- Go into service mode
- Select Motor Count
- Click on Motor Count again to run a Motor Count
- Once complete, exit out of service mode
