This Guide will show you how to view your support tickets submitted through Zendesk.
Creating Your Knowledgebase Account
To create your account click on the button in the top right corner. It will then take you to a log in screen.
If you have submitted a ticket in the past you can select the Get a password link to finalize your account otherwise select the Sign up link.
Follow the on screen instructions to complete your account set up.
Submitting a Support Ticket Through iQ Tech Knowledgebase
To submit a support ticket through our knowledge base select the Submit a request link next to your name.
Then in the drop down select the IQ Tech Support option.
Next, fill out the form fields.
Once you have completed the form hit the submit button. You will be able to see the status of your tickets through the Requests page shown in the next section.
Accessing Support Tickets
To access your support tickets click on your name in the top right corner.
Then select requests.
In the Requests page you will be able to all of your tickets that have been submitted to Zendesk.
You will also be able to check on the status and reply to open tickets.
