In reporting the issues, be sure to include the serial number, frequency of issues, type of issue, type of solution, and also other necessary information for resolving the issue. When these fields are complete, hit send. The report goes into the issues queue and can now be viewed on the issues page under the OPEN section.
Reviewing open Issues
Select the issues menu from the menu bar.
This report provides what open issues are on the account, and what has been fixed. Select "Add New" to create a new issue.
